We were tasked with creating a super macro still life, mine isn't a super macro thoug just a macro. First, we went out and took pictures of the landscape. Such as leaves of different colors, branches, flowers, etc etc. We then transferred the photo into an iPad app where we traced it to better understand the proportions. This also helped with just understanding the general shape as well as the details. After tracing it, we would draw it on either a rough or final draft. Finally, we painted it.
This was going to be my final draft but then I changed how it looked after painting it and realizing I didn't like how it looked.
This is the final painting, but I still had time to spare so I painted on the other rough draft and I actually ended up liking my painting that was supposed to focus on techniques better.
